The hotel's location was amazing, really close to the surrounding interesting sites like caves, the town centre and Phong Nha. It also was to the Botanical Gardens for a jungle walk.

Excellent staff - super friendly and really helpful. The layout of the rooms is nice. The beds are exceptionally comfy, and there are extras like a mini bar, satellite TV, and climate control. 😊

We had an incredible time at Karst Villas! The views from the pool and our room were absolutely stunning. The staff was helpful and friendly, and even gave us directions to explore the beautiful rice fields. We loved the peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for meditation and relaxation. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable. Despite a few bugs here and there , we had a great time. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a truly unforgettable experience.

I absolutely loved the hotel's decoration at Karst Villas! The elegant and charming design made me feel like I was in a beautiful countryside retreat. The general areas, such as the lobby and dining area, were spacious and well-maintained. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for me. The staff were always available to assist me with any needs I had, and there were no stairs or obstacles that would hinder my mobility. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could provide more assistance with carrying luggage. While the staff were helpful and accommodating, having some additional assistance with lifting heavy bags would have made the experience even better for us seniors.

We got excellent value for our money at Karst Villas. The room was fantastic, with a lovely bathroom, and we enjoyed the stunning view of the green mountains from the pool area. The staff treated us with great hospitality, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with some additional variety.

The hotel had breathtaking views of rice fields and mountains, which made our Easter stay very enjoyable. The family running the operation were knowledgeable and advised us on the best tours to go on. The rooms were clean and spacious enough to accommodate our family of four. We enjoyed the authentic Vietnamese food from the restaurant, specially the salad.

The breakfast could have been better, but it was ok. The Hotel owner, though somewhat helpful, was not as welcoming as we expected.

Beautiful environment, friendly staff, fair scooter rental, lovely pool, delicious meals.

During our romantic escape, we were warmly welcomed by the attentive hosts who made us feel right at home. the stunning location, nestled amidst picturesque rice paddies and towering mountains, provided the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway.

If I had to nitpick, the only minor inconvenience was the occasional wait time for food, which can be attributed to limited staffing during this time. However, this did not overshadow our overall experience, as we enjoyed indulging in refreshing drinks and playing games while waiting.

We had an incredible stay with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, organizing transportation and an early check-in after our overnight train. The food was delicious, especially the BBQ skewer and seafood. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby mountains with the scooter provided by the hotel. an unforgettable experience.

Had an amazing New Year stay in a hotel surrounded by rice paddies and mountains! the staff was incredibly friendly and even offered us complementary bikes to ride to nearby attractions. the location was key, giving us beautiful views and a quiet atmosphere to relax. the pool was a great way to cool off after a day of exploring. We also enjoyed sampling the delicious local cuisine in the restaurant.

The wine selection was limited and we would have appreciated more options by the glass. we had a great experience and the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives.
